1. Estimation & Pricing
All estimates are prepared using current market pricing and industry-standard cost databases.
Clients are encouraged to verify and adjust prices based on local market conditions.
Estimated trades and quantities will be listed clearly in each report; any excluded trades or items are considered outside the project scope.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional estimating and material takeoff services across all trades, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Concrete, Sitework, and Millwork, depending on client requirements.
All takeoffs are based on scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted.
3. Revisions & Additional Work
Revisions due to updated drawings, scope changes, or bid form adjustments will be charged separately.
Any project-related form filling or rework requested after delivery will incur additional fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is accepted via Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, Square, or Bank Transfer.
Standard payment terms: 50% deposit upon approval and 50% balance before final submission.
